What if Earth is a Prison Planet Where Our Souls Are Trapped?

As if remembering something important and eternal, the human soul asks itself: Who am I? Where do I come from? What is the meaning of my presence in this world? Where do I go after death?

These questions are not accidental, given that one of the theories about the origin of our species claims that the Earth is a place where souls go through a stage of reflection and correction. This is a prison planet where we all are incarcerated, that is why it is useless to aspire for universal peace and the perfect order of the world since living on this planet does not set such a goal.

We all each have our own purpose – to find our true selves, remember our divine origin, develop the bright side of our souls and return… to our homeland.

In Genesis there is an indication that we once lived in another divine place and our souls were not imprisoned in the corporal shell: “And the Lord God made Adam and his wife garments of skins and clothed them”, “…in the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till you return to the earth from which you were taken.”

If we turn to Buddhism, it is possible to find a definition that human life is a chain of continuous suffering. To live in the Buddhist understanding means to suffer. Perhaps that is why, when a child is born, he cries, as if the soul were aware that it was born in the material world, on planet Earth. After some time, a child’s memory is locked and he forgets who he is and where he lived before birth. Buddhists believe that we do not die forever, and after some time, our souls are born in a new body, go through suffering, and then die and are re-born again.

If a person leads a righteous life, he improves his karma and in the future gets rid of suffering. If he commits evil deeds, then in the next life he condemns himself to more suffering. The basis of Buddhism is that the person is able to break the eternal wheel of rebirth and get spiritual liberation by reaching nirvana.

To return to the “Garden of Eden”, a person should climb the same staircase, from which he was once thrown down.

With experience, trial and error, sweat and blood, following the path of inner perfection, a person climbs up the evolutionary ladder, returning to the Creator. At each step he has to make effort, working on his personal lesson. Each new transition upwards must be deserved, and you can get stuck at some stage or crumble down. There is only one way: to rise from the low material matters to very high, divine ones. When this happens, the soul completes its earthly incarnation and goes into a qualitatively new form of existence.

One would assume that if really works this way, then there is nothing easier than to escape this prison and voluntarily leave this place. But such an action only aggravates our fate and prolongs our stay on this planet. That is why suicide in all religions is considered a great sin. The program of spiritual development allows a person to understand which is why he is here and learn his lesson.

meaning of life origin

The harder a person suffers the aggression and the imperfection of the world, the more pain he feels at the sight of hungry children and homeless animals, the lighter his soul becomes and the closer his way home is.

Our soul longs, looking at distant stars in the endless sky, remembering about its extraterrestrial origin. Someday we will return in the place, full of harmony and joy, where we once came from, where we can complete a real mission and where our existence will be filled with love and high sense.

Male and Female Brains Are Indeed Different, Say Scientists

Having spent countless hours in workshops and having studied more than 1,000 brain scans, scientists came to a conclusion that confirms the old common belief stating that male brain works in a different way than the female one.

The map of the “neural circuit” of the average female brain contains a larger number of connections between the left and right hemispheres, contrasted with the male one, where the connection in regions between the back and the front of the brain is predominantly stronger.

Ragini Verma, researcher at University of Pennsylvania, speaking at the Guardian, admitted that the big surprise was that the findings essentially confirmed stereotypes. That is, men are “made” for perception and coordination, while women have enhanced social skills and memory, which explains why they better cope with multitasking.

According to Verma, the left side of the brain is responsible for logical thinking while the right one – for intuitive thinking. So, when a tasks engages both hemispheres, women are do it better. It also explains why women are better listeners. Another impressive discovery was that the male and the female brains are essentially complementary.

Scientists found how the parts of the brain “communicate” with each other in men and women. In men, signals are transmitted mainly within a certain brain hemisphere (blue lines), and in woman, on the contrary, – between the hemispheres (orange lines).

The study on the way the brain of each sex is wired can provide useful information to scientists to explore the abnormalities associated with mental disorders such as schizophrenia and depression.

«Hubble» Found Water on Five Extrasolar Planets

Two groups of scientists led by Avi Mandell of NASA ‘s Goddard Center and Drake Deming of the University of Maryland, using the space telescope “Hubble”, detected water in the atmospheres of five exoplanets, specifically WASP-17b, WASP-12b, WASP- 19b, HD209458b and XO-1b, which are classified as “hot Jupiters” and are rotating in close proximity to their stars.

The existence of water vapor was confirmed by infrared wide-angle camera shots of «Hubble» WFC3. When a planet is in the field of view of «Hubble» in front of its star, some radiation of the star is absorbed, and some continues spreading, depending on the composition of the atmosphere. After analyzing the features of the absorption of radiation by the atmosphere of exoplanets, scientists discovered that they have water vapor.

“We are sure to have found traces of water on several planets. This research opens up the possibility to compare the quantity of water in the atmosphere of extrasolar planets of different types”, says Avi Mandell.

However, water vapor in the atmospheres of the five planets is observed not as clear as expected. According to the scientists, atmospheric haze or dust prevents the observations, reducing the intensity of the signals coming from the atmosphere, just as the fog dims color in the picture.

It is not the first time when scientists find water in the atmospheres of exoplanets, but the results of these observations for the first time make it possible to measure and compare the nature of the absorption and emission of signals from several extrasolar planets.

Intelligent Extraterrestrial Life Exists But Is Beyond Our Understanding

Intelligent Extraterrestrial LifeIt is probable that the aliens are already “looking at us in the face” in a form that is beyond human perception, supports Queen Elizabeth’s astronomer. Lord Martin Rees, astronomer of the royal family and president of Britain’s Royal Society, said it is very likely that we have not yet seen aliens in space or on Earth simply because the intelligent extraterrestrial life is beyond our understanding.

In accordance with the British “Telegraph”, he made these statements after the first international conference on the possible existence of extraterrestrial life with the title of “The detection of extraterrestrial life and the consequences for science and society“, organized by the scientific academy of the country.

“Perhaps they are watching us and we just do not recognize it. The problem is that we are searching for something looking a lot like us, thinking that intelligent extraterrestrial life forms at least have similar math and technology,” said the scientist.

“I suspect that there may be life and intelligence in forms we cannot even imagine. Just like a chimpanzee is not able to understand quantum physics, there may exist aspects of reality that are beyond the perception abilities of our brains,” he added.

However, the American scientist Frank Drake, a leading “alien hunter” in the world and co-founder of the program SETI, aimed at search for extraterrestrial signals, argued that the “digital revolution” of recent decades makes humanity invisible to aliens, as well as dramatically reducing the emission of radio signals from Earth to space.

Today the Earth at the distance of 50 light years is surrounded by a “shell”, which comes from emissions of older analogue televisions, radios and radars. But despite the signals have spread enough to have reached many nearby star systems, they disappear quickly, because the newer digital technology leaves almost imperceptible earthy “traces” in space.

Drake believes that digital modern TV signals would look more like “noise” to any alien observers.
